Who we are

TDS Contracting, LLC was originally founded in 1977 under the name of Texas Drywall Service by Oscar Del Fierro. The company began by providing drywall installation services in single family homes, commercial remodeling, schools, hospitals, and churches.

After years of success, the company grew and established a sister framing company in 2001, Fierro Enterprises. Through a foundation of hard work, integrity, dependability, and workmanship, both companies thrived and flourished. In 2015, after three generations, they both reorganized into the Limited Liability Companies known today as TDS Contracting, LLC and Fierro Enterprises, LLC. Both companies continue to be family owned and operated to this day. Specializing in multi-family apartments, both TDS and Fierro provide several scopes of work for garden style projects, wrap arounds, high densities, and mid and high-rise buildings throughout the southern United States.

Our teams continue to master new systems and designs focused on pre-construction planning, field coordination, and multiple construction systems. Our companies are also dedicated to safety, requiring our in-house teams to successfully complete a minimum of an OSHA 30 training course and our Safety Coordinators a minimum of OSHA 510. We are proud to have built long-lasting relationships with our customers and one another to timely deliver great and dependable craftsmanship.
